John Joseph Nevin (born 7 June 1989) more commonly known as John Joe Nevin is an Irish professional boxer. He won the Irish national boxing title and qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics at the age of 18. Four years later he qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics winning a silver medal. He is widely thought of as the golden boy of Irish boxing.
