John Holmes Jellett OBE DSc MA (1905–1971) was a British civil engineer.Jellett was appointed assistant civil engineer to the Admiralty on 22 June 1933. He served in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve during the Second World War and was commissioned as a Temporary Captain. His engineering talents were called upon during the Invasion of Normandy where he was made Superintending Civil Engineer of Mulberry Harbour B a temporary concrete harbour built at Arromanches.
