John Francis Dooling Jr. (b. June 13 1908 Brooklyn NY d. January 12 1981) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Dooling received an A.B. from St. Francis College Brooklyn in 1929 an LL.B. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1932 and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1934. He was nominated to the court by John F. Kennedy on September 14 1961 to a new seat created by 75 Stat.
