John Dennis (born 19 June 1931) is a retired Anglican bishop and former Bishop of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich. He is currently an honorary assistant bishop in the Diocese of Winchester. He has two sons the younger of whom is actor and comedian Hugh Dennis.
