John Allan (born 26 October 1882) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Collingwood in the Victorian Football League (VFL).Allan played as a wingman during two seasons for Collingwood in the VFL. His first season was in 1902 where he played 17 games for the season including the 1902 Grand Final win over Essendon.In 1903 Allan would only play 2 games ending his VFL career with 19 games and 9 goals.
