Joey Manley (1965–2013) was an online publisher known as the founder of the webcomics site Modern Tales as well as numerous other web-specific entertainment properties (including the subscription webcomics sites Serializer Girlamatic and Graphic Smash and the webcomics hosting service Webcomics Nation).Starting in 2001 Manley hosted TalkAboutComics which began as a podcast in which Manley interviewed webcomics artists; it later became a webcomics forum and blog.
