Joe Madureira (often called Joe Mad) is a comic book writer/artist and game developer best known for his work on Marvel Comics’ Uncanny X-Men and his creator-owned comic book Battle Chasers.Madureira’s style combines Western comic book influences with aspects of Japanese manga and has been credited for helping the latter influence the American comic book industry.
