Joe D. F. Hogan (born 27 November 1875) was an Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL).Hogan was a centre half-back regarded as one of the finest St Kilda players in their early VFL years. He captained the club in 1902 but they would lose all 17 fixtures that season. Off the field he worked in the legal profession.
