Minneapolis Jim Meehan (born March 19 in Saint Paul Minnesota) is an American professional poker player from Burnsville Minnesota. Prior to his poker career Meehan worked as a lawyer for many years.Meehan began playing poker in the 1960s and began playing poker tournaments regularly in 1997 when he had a 2nd place finish in the $3000 limit hold’em event at the World Series of Poker (WSOP).
