Jim Downing (1946 – 28 April 2012) was an Irish Gaelic footballer who played as a midfielder for the Cork senior team.Downing made just two appearances as a substitute for Cork during the 1967 championship. He won a Munster medal as a non-playing substitute that year but lost out on winning an All-Ireland medal.At club level Downing enjoyed a lengthy career with Urhan.
