Jim And Tonic (foaled 1994 in Normandy) is a French Hall of Fame Thoroughbred racehorse and the richest racehorse in the history of horse racing in France.Bred at François and Elizabeth Doumen’s Haras d’Ecouves horse breeding farm in Alençon Jim and Tonic was sired by Double Bed a grandson of Northern Dancer. He was out of the mare Jimka whose damsire was the American Santa Anita Derby winner Jim French a son of Graustark.
