Jay van Berlo (born 18 September 1988) is an Australian rules footballer who formerly played for the Fremantle Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He currently plays for the West Perth Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL). Originally from the Whitfords Junior Football Club he made his WAFL league debut for West Perth in mid-2007.
