Javier Fernández López (born 15 April 1991 in Madrid) is a Spanish figure skater. He is a two-time World bronze medalist (2013 2014) a two-time European champion (2013 2014) the 2011 Grand Prix Final bronze medalist the 2012 Skate Canada champion and a four-time Spanish national champion. Fernández represented Spain at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics. He is the first skater from Spain to medal at the World Championships European Championships or a Grand Prix event.
