Jason Lee Von Flue (born August 1 1975) is a retired mixed martial artist perhaps most notable for appearing on the second season of The Ultimate Fighter. In 2006 On UFC Ultimate Fight Night 3 Von Flue successfully applied a rare and unique submission move to counter the Guillotine choke that is now commonly known as a Von Flue Choke.
