Jason Licht (/ˈlaɪt/; born February 13 1971) is the current general manager of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). Before joining the Bucs in 2014 Licht worked for the Miami Dolphins Carolina Panthers New England Patriots Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals.
