A Japanese Canadian is a Canadian citizen of Japanese ancestry or a Japan-born person who resides in Canada. Japanese Canadians are mostly concentrated on the west coast especially in and around Vancouver. In 2006 there were 98905 (42435 of whom are of mixed heritage).
