Jana Alexandrovna Smekhnova (Russian: Яна Смехнова born 11 July 1992) is a Russian figure skater. She won the bronze medal at the 2007–2008 ISU Junior Grand Prix event in Sofia Bulgaria after winning the short program at that competition. She made her senior international deubt at the 2007 Golden Spin of Zagreb where she placed 18th.At of the end of the 2007-2008 season she was ranked 67th in the world.
