Jan Ely DuBois (born 1931) is a United States federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.A native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania Judge DuBois graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1952. From 1952 to 1954 he served in the United States Army. He received his LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1957. After graduation he was a law clerk to Judge Jarry Kalodner of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 1957 to 1958.
