He trained at catering college and by 2003 was Chef de Partie at The Gallery.Knight-Pacheco then worked at The Crab at Chieveley under Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s and was Chef de Partie at The Square under Phil Howard.Knight-Pacheco and Alasdair Hooper were the runners-up in the BBC Two programme The Restaurant on BBC Two with Raymond Blanc.
