James Carriger Paine (born 1924) is an American lawyer and judge. Paine was born in 1924 in Valdosta Georgia. His family moved to Palm Beach County in his childhood. Paine graduated from Palm Beach High School in 1941. He received an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1943.
