Jaime Castro Castro (March 28 1938) is a Colombian lawyer and politician who served as Mayor of Bogotá from 1992 to 1994. A Liberal he has also served as Delegate to the Constituent Assembly of 1991 Senator of Colombia Minister of Government under President Belisario Betancur Colombian Minister of Justice under President Misael Pastrana.
