Jacquelynne Noelle Fontaine (born 1982) is an American opera singer actor and beauty queen. She held the title of Miss California 2006 finished in the top 10 and won a preliminary talent award at Miss America in 2007.Fontaine is currently starring as Carlotta in the new staging of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA which is about to begin a tour of the United States.
