Jack T. Perkins (born 20 January 1903 date of death unknown) was an Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL).Perkins a ruckman spent most of his career at Northcote in the Victorian Football Association (VFA). He was debarred by the league in 1934 after an accumulation of on-field indiscretions which had seen him disqualified three times. Despite being de-registered by the VFA he made two appearances for the Northcote seconds.
