J. O. Tobin (1974–1994) was an American thoroughbred racehorse. Bred in Maryland by his owner George A. Pope Jr. he was sent to race in England under trainer Noel Murless. Racing at age two he won the Richmond Stakes at Goodwood Racecourse the Champagne Stakes at Doncaster Racecourse and was third to Blushing Groom in the Grand Criterium at Longchamp Racecourse in Paris France.
