Jácint Simon (born February 4 1979 in Kecskemét) is a retired Hungarian swimmer who specialized in middle-distance freestyle events. He represented Hungary at the 2000 Summer Olympics and also trained for the swim team at Ferencvárosi Torna Club in Budapest under his longtime coach Csaba Sós.Simon attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he majored in business marketing and played for the UNLV Rebels swimming and diving team under head coach Jim Weitz from 1998 to 2002.
