Dr. Ivo Tartaglia (5 February 1880 – 3 April 1949) was a committed anti-fascista former ban (governor) of the province of Littoral Banovina (Croatian/Serbo-Croat: Primorska banovina) and the 29th mayor of Split Yugoslavia (in what is today known as Croatia).
