The Italian Athletics Championships (Italian: Campionati italiani assoluti di atletica leggera) are the national championships in athletics organised every year by the Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera.The first edition was in 1906 in Milan (but only four events) and the first complete edition was 1914 Italian Athletics Championships.
