Ismael Laguna Meneses (born June 28 1943 in Colón Panama) is a former professional boxer.He is one of 8 children. His grand-niece Kezia Grace West (Through his sister Innocencia Perry Laguna) is Miss New York Panama 2013. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2001.Known as El Tigre Colonense Laguna was the Panamanian Featherweight Champion from 1962-63.
