Isinai (also spelled Isinay) is a Northern Luzon language primarily spoken in Nueva Vizcaya province in northern Philippines. By linguistic classification it is more divergent from other South-Central Cordilleran languages such as Kalinga to Itneg or Ifugao to Kankanaey.
