Irina Valentinovna Moiseeva (Russian: Ирина Валентиновна Моисеева; born 3 July 1955) is a Russian retired ice dancer who represented the Soviet Union. With partner and husband Andrei Minenkov she is the 1976 Olympic silver medalist 1980 Olympic bronze medalist and two-time World champion (1975 1977).
