Iofetamine (123I) (INN; brand names Perfusamine SPECTamine) or N-isopropyl-(123I)-p-iodoamphetamine (IMP) is a lipid-soluble amine and radiopharmaceutical drug used in cerebral blood perfusion imaging with single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT).
