The International Cycling Film Festival (Polish: Międzynarodowy Festiwal Filmów Rowerowych German: Internationales Festival des Fahrrad-Films) is a not-for-profit film festival held annually in the Ruhr Area Germany and in the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland. Its mission is to strengthen international cooperation in the areas of cycling cycling films and bicycle culture. The festival promotes interaction between movie makers and cyclists from all over the world.
