The International Child Art Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 1997. Head office is in Washington D.C. They enhance academic performance and instill global citizenship by nurturing children’s creativity and developing their empathy which are key attributes of 21st century learners and leaders. The World Children’s Festival they host on every 4 years and is the world’s largest international children’s celebration.
