Ingvild Ryggen Kristinsdatter Carstens (born 14 October 1980) is a Norwegian ski mountaineer and former heptathlete.Carstens hails from Trondheim and attended the Trondheim Cathedral School. Currently she lives in Innsbruck Austria where she studied at the university.
