The Indios de Mayagüez (lit. Mayagüez Indians) are a basketball team in the BSN league. They play in the municipality of Mayagüez Puerto Rico. Under the new ownership of Luis Vargas who bought the team in 2009. Their record in the past three seasons are: 2009 (14-16) 2010 (7-22) and 2011 (10-20). In 2009 their first season under Luis Vargas and ex Puerto Rico’s national team player Eddie Casiano saw them reached their first semi finals in franchise history.
