Imipraminoxide (Imiprex Elepsin) or imipramine N-oxide is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) that was introduced in Europe in the 1960s for the treatment of depression.Imipraminoxide is both an analogue and a metabolite of imipramine and has similar effects.
