The Intermediate Capacity Transit System (ICTS) Mark I cars are the Scarborough RT (Line 3) rolling stock. They were built in 1983–1986 for the Toronto Transit Commission.The cars were built by the Urban Transportation Development Corporation (UTDC) in Millhaven Ontario. The RT initially operated with 2 car units then later as 4 car units.
