The IAU 100 km World Championships have been held annually from 1987 to 2012 at different locations and is organized by the International Association of Ultrarunners (IAU). The 2013 and 2014 events planned for Jeju Island South Korea and Daugavpils Latvia respectively were cancelled due to lack of sponsorships. The 2015 event is scheduled to take place in Torino Italy.
