Hungarian Canadians (Hungarian: Kanadai magyarok) are persons in Canada of Hungarian ancestry. According to Canada 2001 Census there are 315510 Canadians of Hungarian ancestry. The Hungarian minority is the 23rd largest ethnic group of Canada. The majority of Hungarian immigration occurred after World War II the wave peaked after the 1956 Hungarian revolution against communist rule and over 100000 Hungarian refugees went to Canada.
