The MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES) is a competitively awarded international scholarship for the study of Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan. The award is open to those from countries with diplomatic ties with the R.O.C.Huayu Scholars may study at any university or college-affiliated Mandarin training center.
