Hovhannes Tcholakian (born 12 April 1919) is a Turkish-born Armenian Archbishop of the Armenian Catholic Church. As of 2013 he is the oldest serving bishop in the Catholic Church.Tcholakian was born in Istanbul Turkey and ordained a priest in Istanbul on 25 April 1943. He was appointed bishop on 23 May 1966 and confirmed on 16 January 1967.
