Hovhannes Mkrtchyan (born October 8 1991 in Yerevan Armenia) is an Armenian figure skater. He is the 2005 Armenian national silver medalist. Mkrtchyan trains in Lake Arrowhead California and is coached by Rafael Arutunian.
