The Hoosier Heritage Port Authority is a quasi-governmental organization in the U.S. state of Indiana. It is the owner of a Heritage railway (reporting mark HHPA) operated by the Indiana Transportation Museum over former Norfolk Southern trackage from Tipton Indiana to Indianapolis Indiana a distance of 37 miles (59.5 km).
