The 1954 Urban Council Election was held on 24 March 1954 for the 2 of the 4 elected seats of the Urban Council of Hong Kong.4957 of about 13700 eligible voters cast their votes 3887 ballots from Hong Kong Island and 1070 from Kowloon.There were five candidates contesting in total and the Reform Club was able to secure the 2 seats they won in last year.
