Hobnob biscuits are a traditional British type of oat biscuit similar to Anzac biscuits.Hobnob is also the brand name of a commercial biscuit inspired by the traditional recipe. They are made from rolled oats and jumbo oats similar to a flapjack/digestive biscuit hybrid.They are primarily sold in the United Kingdom the Isle of Man and Ireland but are available in the U.S New Zealand and several European and Asian countries (e.g. Taiwan).
