His Most Favorite (アイツの大本命 Aitsu no Daihonmei) is a yaoi manga created by Suzuki Tanaka. The story follows Takahiko Satou a handsome student that all the girls in his (unnamed) school idolize and adore but who in turn has no real interest in them. He is in love with his most favorite Yoshio Yoshida a fellow student who protected Satou from bullies when he was younger. However as Yoshida is so close to Satou all the girls at the school hate him.
