The High Council of Justice (HCJ Albanian: Këshilli i lartë i Drejtësise or KLD) is an Albanian justice advice organ. It is the most important leaders who try to maintain balance in the Albanian legal system. This body was established in April 1992 by a change in the Constitutional provisions. High Council of Justice and its activity was predicted by the current Constitution in Section 9 thereof while the structure is determined primarily on Article 147.
