Heritage Place is a shopping centre situated at 1350 16th Street East in Owen Sound Ontario Canada. As of April 4 2013 Heritage Place Shopping Centre was acquired by Kingsett Capital and is being managed by 20 VIC Management Inc.. It was acquired as part of a 1.9 billion 18 mall purchase. It is the largest shopping centre in the Grey-Bruce County area at 313000 sq ft (29100 m2).Anchor tenants include Food Basics Sears and SportChek.
