Herb Denenberg (November 20 1929 – March 18 2010) was a television consumer advocate and newspaper columnist since the mid-1970s. He was best known as an investigative reporter for the CBS and NBC affiliates in Philadelphia. He also served as Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner was a lawyer and a college professor. He went a long way to control the Pennsylvania insurance industry in favor of the consumers.
