Henry Schenck Harris (December 27 1850 Belvidere New Jersey – May 2 1902 Belvidere New Jersey) was an American Democratic Party politician who represented New Jersey’s 4th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1883 to 1885.Harris was born in Belvidere New Jersey on December 27 1850. He attended the common schools and was graduated from Princeton College in 1870. He studied law was admitted to the bar in 1873 and commenced practice in Belvidere.
